Hi, Sabrina! No need to be embarassed; this is kind of confusing if you don't know what's going on.
Some suggestions to make life easier: - Read the articles Omniscent has put together in the Articles section. They clear up a lot of stuff, including what afareet are and what Katreh is. - If you're from MuseBlog, you might want to consider reading the "Round Robin 'Riting" threads. This message board is based on them, although everything isn't exactly the same.
To answer your questions: - Afareet are magical beings, as are sorcerers and hedgewitches. Afareet are like regular humans, only with magical abilities that correspond to their element. It isn't a standard four-element system; Feng, for example, is a wind afreet. This is covered in the "Magic" article, in the "Articles" section. - Katreh is a parallel dimension to Earth. Afareet and sorcerers can travel between the worlds using portals. Most of Katreh is arid desert, but there are areas with a more temperate climate.

Wow! That covers everything, ecsept, I read some of the Charactor applications, and it says that, Elizabeth for instance (I read Elizabeth's) it says her powers are faiding. I want a charactor that is powerful. What age will he/she be most powerful? Also, your gender, is that the gender of you, or your charactor.

Elizabeth's powers are fading because she has not yet been discovered and trained. Usually, afareet come to the Sandstone Fortress sometime in between the ages of six and sixteen. (Correct me if I'm wrong on this one, Omniscient--I'm not exactly sure.) If their powers are not discovered by then, they begin to fade. Afareet who are being trained become more powerful as their training progresses, even though they are getting older.
For the gender thing: I don't believe there's a set rule. I as a person am female, but Feng is a male character, so I've chosen male for his gender. However, if you're not sure, you can always leave the gender spot blank.

Ok. So in the app, do you say "He/she is in training." or "He/she has finnished his/her training."? Oh yeah, I tried to go to that Round Robin thing on Muse Blog, but for some reason I cant go to to site anymore it always says:Website not responding, or something like that.

I don't think you put he/she is in training, because usually new characters are either:
-from Katreh and making their way to the Sandstone Fortress because they realize they're afareet
or
-from Earth and in London.
In the second circumstance someone from the Sandstone Fortress will come to pick you up, and when you get to the Sandstone Fortress you will be in training.
I can't help you with the MuseBlog because Iam not a member. Sorry!

Yes, new characters are usually beginning their training. For the MB thing: I think that's bloody Wordpress again. Who are you on there? I'll tell the OEADs that you're having problems.

Yeah, Feng. The ideal time to begin training is around 10 or 11 depending on the person. By 16 or so, powers start to fade.

So does that mean at 13, her powers wouldnt have started to faid. I want a 13 year old charactor, thats why I'm asking.

I think (correct me if i'm wrong) that if the powers are not discovered by age 16 then they will start to fade. A 13 year old character's powers will probably be just as strong as they would be at 10-11. If you would like, then just make it so that your character would know that she/he has powers but just isn't trained and doesn't use them that much. Does this help? Oh, and by the way, who are you on Muse Blog?
