What do you need more information on?
I'm looking to write more articles for the info section, so I need suggestions? What do you guys want to know about Katreh?

Oo...I just p.m.ed you a list of questions, before I saw that you'd posted this... One or two of them might be of interest to other people as well... Also - geography, please. A little more about the shape of the world - while it's a desert world, there must be *some* arable land, a body of water, an oasis or two? What are the major cities and nations? Maybe we could even get some information on different cultures (which isn't geography but is often geographical. ^_~). Alot of this could just be explaining where the places Katreh native characters have said they come from are in relationship to eachother... Hm... Yeah, that's my major interest.

Have you read Dune? I see Katreh as something like Arrakis. Feng is from a place far east of the Sandstone Fortress, equivalent to China on Earth. It's still mostly desert, but there are a few forests below the mountains. In the "OTGOI" thread, Feng told Leah that they have a few underground farms, but they mostly eat desert plants and animals. I don't know if that's correct, but I couldn't find anything that contradicted it, and it sounded good.

Why do my posts never show up after I write them?
Definately read Dune, it's a great book. I hat Feyd-Rautha as well, but the count and the duke are cool.
There are a lot of Hebrew words in it, that show hidden meanings. For instance, Paul's mother's secret society, and Paul's girlfriend's name are in Hebrew, which I speak, so I had a private joke or two.

I LOVE Dune. If Paul's girlfriend's name and the name of Paul's mother's secret society are in Hebrew and you speak Hebrew, can you tell me what they mean? I'd really llike to know.

just so you know, Issy and Stella come from Consket, a land of golden and silver cities and great rolling forests far from the Sandstone Fortress. It's still in Katreh though. Plus, they're sisters in case no one picked up on that. Consket is practically halfway across the world from the Sandstone Fortress (desert, forest, see?). They got here after Feng went to that China place. just so you know. Their mother brought them here and deserted them for her husband who had been captured by the Powers. They had a very bad childhood.
I have never read Dune. I think I will though.

I thought that Feng said he'd met Issy, when they were chatting on the wall. Remember? He said that she'd lost control once and that he'd had to heal all the victims?

As long as we're adding little character details here, I might mention that Leah's parents were very hard on all her siblings. Class didn't keep them from a good beating at misbehaviour. They were especially hard on Leah because she was the worst possible genetic mix.
I'm debating making a character account for Keran, because she sounds like a cool character who would do well to have her own account, or making Nanook. So far Nanook is winning, but if you'd rather Keran, say so.

Nanook is from a Russia-like place, then? That's what it seemed like on his app...
Oh, and can anyone translate 'eastern mist' into Japanese? I think mist is 'kasumi,' but I have no clue about 'eastern,' and I don't trust Babelfish or anything like that. My friend was attempting to translate a poem she wrote into Italian, and it ended up that half the words looked exactly the same as they did in English.

Sorry, but Japanese is not my language. German, Hebrew, and Arabic I can help with if anyone needs it, and possibly Greek (I don't speak it but my parents do), but nothing Oriental.

Adela, Feng did meet Issy when she had lost control. I think they met in Consket but they could have met in the Sandstone Fortress. I'll have to get Feng to clarify that.
Anyways, has anyone seen meg/ebeth around lately? Issy and Stella just met in 'Reunion' but I need Meg to follow them to Muriel and currently, she hasn't been on for a while... If possible, would someone walk along that thread and pick up Meg and take her to Muriel with Issy and Stella? I'm getting rather bored.

Feng's never been to Consket, so that's rather unlikely. It was probably in the Fortress, unless Issy and Stella a) travelled with Feng, Kagura, and Feng's parents to the Fortress, or b) have been to Shandongan. As Issy was about two when Feng left for the Fortress, I'd say the former was the more likely of the two. Still, I was assuming that it was in the Fortress. Also, Adela and I are the same person. She was just posting there because I didn't feel like logging out just for that one post.
